Scottish Independence referendum
The Scottish independence referendum takes place on September 18th 2014. The voters will be asked one question: « Should Scotland be an independant country? »
The result of the referendum should be known on the 19th September. Today a poll (sondage) shows the « yes » side in the lead for the first time. Many people still haven’t made up their mind.

Afin de changer de « he said….. and she answered….. » essayez d’utiliser d’autres verbes dans votre dialogue. Je vous mets les principaux verbes ici (à vous de chercher les traductions si vous ne les connaissez pas! ça vous fait travailler un peu!)
Ensuite vous pouvez ajouter des adverbes pour décrire la façon de parler et pourquoi pas quelques gestes
Parler:
agree, admit, add (ajouter) , answer, ask someone, deny (nier), enquire (se renseigner) explain,
mention, offer (proposer), promise, repeat, reply (répliquer, répondre), tell someone
Exprimer ses sentiments:
complain, grumble , object, threaten, groan, sigh, weep
Parler fort
shout, scream, cry, yell
Parler doucement
whisper, grumble, mumble, mutter
Adverbes
angrily, anxiously, bitterly (amèrement), cheerfully (joyeusement) , desperately, dryly (sèchement), furiously, gratefully (avec gratitude), impatiently, kindly (gentiment), loudly, quietly, reluctantly (à contre-coeur), rudely (impoliment), sadly…..

Le sujet est identique dans les 3 filières. Il s’agissait d’analyser deux textes, l’un de Peter Flynn Picasso on the Beach and other stories, l’autre de Michael Findlay, The Value of Art : Money, Power, Beauty. La seconde partie de l’épreuve consiste en une expression écrite sur deux sujets au choix. La première partie de l’épreuve d’anglais consistait à répondre à 11 questions sur les deux oeuvres proposées. Puis, les candidats avaient le choix entre deux écritures d’invention. la première consistait à imaginer le journal intime du narrateur après sa rencontre avec Picasso.
